Finally, we are in Chennai. The last few days in Ithaca was just too busy packing and selling stuff that we cannot carry to India, so we slept throughout our journey. Since we arrived very early in the morning on the 28th, Logu, our uncle/aunt's driver, picked us up at the airport. He dropped us off at Amma's place and Arvind had his long awaited meal, Dosai. Today (29th), we went to Balaji mama's place for Thatha's (Amma's side) religious function (something like anniversary to honor his death) and met all Arvind's relatives on Amma's side. We had a good time, good meal and good rest. The highlight of the day was, of course, shopping! Lots of awesome stuff for such a reasonable price! I LOVE my INDIA~~!
